Linkwood 39 Years Old 1981 2021 Prima & Ultima 70cl. This particular Linkwood comes from a special small batch matured for 12 Years in Refill Casks, then set aside to double mature for more than 25 Years in four casks of new Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned American Oak. It is rare to use new American Oak, even rarer to season it with PX/Oloroso, and rarer still to carry out a long double maturation in these type of casks. This release was bottled 25th January 2021 and is bottle 168 of 701 produced.
