Macallan The Harmony Collection Rich Cacao 70cl. A collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, this release brings the worlds of chocolate and whisky to life. To create the first limited edition whisky in a new annual release series, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan embarked on a unique journey to Girona, Spain, where she immersed herself in the world of chocolate, exploring the chocolate-making process and uncovering the distinctive flavour profiles at Casa Cacao.

Polly worked with Jordi Roca, owner of the famed chocolate boutique and hotel, Casa Cacao and the youngest of the acclaimed Roca brothers. As part of the exploration, she also spent time with master chocolatier of Casa Cacao, Damien Allsop.
In homage to its chocolate influence, The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is presented in a 100% recyclable gift box, made using discarded husks from cacao pods.

A by-product in the chocolate-making process, these husks would have been sent to landfill or destroyed but have now been reborn with a renewed purpose.

Macallan The Harmony Collection Fine Cacao Travel Exclusive Edition 70cl. The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is the first part of a Global Travel Retail Edition in a new Limited Annual Release Series, which shines a spotlight on our sustainability journey and intrinsic connection to nature. Created using natural materials, the simple and beautiful packaging is 100% recyclable and is made using 100% green energy.

Macallan The Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica Travel Exclusive 70cl. The third edition in Macallan’s Harmony Collection . Inspired by the Arabica Coffee bean, grown in Ethiopia, it’s a rich, creamy and moreish whisky that brings rich fruits, dried oak, dark chocolate and hints on coffee on the nose, palate and finish.
This expression is matured in a combination of Sherry seasoned European and American Oak Casks and is a Travel Exclusive Edition bottled at 40%ABV.

Macallan The Harmony Collection Intense Arabica 70cl. The Second Edition in the Macallan Limited Annual Release Series. The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner hosted a masterclass with world renowned coffee masters to explore the process from field to cup and resulted in this Single Malt exuding flavours of Sweet Oak, Tiramisu and Dark Chocolate, to provde a delightful whisky and coffee pairing experience. The Intense Arabica was matured in Sherry seasoned American and European Oak Casks before being bottled at a 44% ABV.

Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow 70cl. Released as part of the popular Harmony Collection, this Macallan was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney took inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create a Single Malt Scotch whisky that would be reminiscent of warm meadows and mature barley fields, with a rich, citrus-scented finish. It was created using a mixture of Sherry Seasoned Oak and Bourbon Casks.
