Description

Kirk & Sweeney 23 Year Old Reserva Dominican Rum Batch 6 70cl. Kirk & Sweeney was a wooden schooner, best known for smuggling Rum from the Caribbean to the Northeast during the early years of Prohibition. Legend has it that it was seized off the coast of New York with a massive amount of rum aboard.
This is a hand crafted Rum from the Dominican Republic aged in a variety of American and French Oak Barrels, with the Distiller conducting various steps of dumping, blending, and re-barreling through the years before being imported and bottled at 40%ABV by 3 Badge Beverage Corp in Fairfield California. This bottle comes from Batch No 6 and is 2745 of that release.
