Jefferson`s Reserve Wood Experiment Straight Bourbon Whiskey 5 x 20cl. This is Bourbon from a company that doesn't own a distillery but purchases aged Bourbon and blends it to create its own offering.
This is a set of 5 samples of Jefferson's Bourbon that have been matured differently to highlight the effects different processes can have throughout maturation.

Wood Exp No.3 - New 60 Gallon American Oak Barrel with a low deep impact toast profile.

Wood Exp No.4 - New standard Whiskey Barrel with medium char infused with heavly charred American Oak cubes.

Wood Exp No.6 - New standard Whiskey Barrel with a light medium char infused with lightly toasted American Oak Staves.

Wood Exp No.10 - Custom 60 gallon French & American Hybrid Oak Barrel with a low deep impact toast profile.

Wood Exp No.12 - Original Bourbon Barrel with Oak inserts that have been toasted over a long period of time to infuse the Bourbon.
