Angel`s Envy Oloroso Sherry Cask 75cl. Angel`s Envy was created by the Louisville Distilling Company which has been creating Small Batch Whiskey since 2005. This expression of bourbon was matured in Oloroso Sherry casks. The distillery decided to forgo finishing its traditionally sourced Bourbon in Ex Port casks, instead using Ex Oloroso Sherry Casks inspired by the Venenciador of Spain. In total you are looking at two to three years of finishing after an initial four to nine years in new American Oak. This is bottle 2659 from Batch 51.
