Redbreast 30 Year Old Dream Cask Double Cask Edition 50cl. A very special release from Redbreast,which is the 5th release in the Dream Cask collection. As mentioned on the bottle the Double Cask Edition marries two 30 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish whiskies. At its heart is the innovative coming together of two hand-picked casks of single pot still whiskey, one was laid down in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt on 16th October 1990 and the other, a First Fill Bourbon Barrel on 12th November 1991. Each with their own unique traits, the two casks were unified at their peak of maturity and perfection. 714 bottles were produced with this being bottle 691.
