Description

Glenfiddich Snow Pheonix Walking With The Wounded Limited Edition 70cl. This is a special high strength very rare Limited release from Glenfiddich. It was created via a marriage of Bourbon and Oloroso Casks aged between 13 and 30 Years Old, from a Glenfiddich warehouse whose roof had collapsed due to heavy winter snow.
This particular bottling comes complete with a booklet signed by all members of the 'Walking With The Wounded' Everest expedition in 2012.
The expedition was sponsored by Glenfiddich and featured a team of five soldiers, who were wounded fighting for their countries in Afghanistan and Iraq. These incredibly brave soldiers took on one of the toughest conquests known to man; to scale the force of nature that is Mount Everest.
A limited release with some amazing tales that give this excellent bottling, which is one of just 1600 from the year 2010, even greater kudos.
